Wonderful stay and the hotel is located in a great location. Right where and I needed to be and not far from the subway line to get to downtown Shanghai. Lovely area to walk around and explore.

Since it was a holiday, I picked a good hotel nearby. It was almost early in the morning, and the lady was very enthusiastic and thoughtful to help me upgrade my room. I was in a hurry when I left the next morning. On the way to the airport, I received a call and learned that I I forgot my driver's license and headphones in the room, so the girl immediately confirmed the item information with me. And shipped quickly. great.

在上海是第一次住全季酒店，感覺還不錯，前台服務人員熱情，房間乾淨整潔衞生。免費停車，有地下自己的停車庫。住在這裏吃飯非常方便，門口不遠有一箇中餐自選，菜品種類很多，味道也不錯，價格親民。早點鋪的早點很豐富。這裏的交通都很方便，公交離得很近，地鐵稍微遠點要走上十幾分鍾。總的感覺還不錯。

1.早餐吃出頭髮來了，一天都沒有胃口了。
2.洗衣機衹有一個老式的，洗完衣服沒法甩幹，烘乾後還是濕的。這個問題已經投訴過了，還沒有解決。
3.下午五點多入住酒店，前台回覆還沒有收拾出來！在大廳等了15分鐘。後面前台經理補償了水果。我提示一下，華住的其他酒店都是提前問入住時間，順便提前給打開空調。不知道你們是否應該自己審視一下，提升一下服務水平？

工作人員，服務態度非常好。到店先訂了一天，然後立馬續住3天。送了早餐。房間20多平方，淺色系裝修。就是早上其他房間的客人進進出出有些吵鬧。
