Xiao Ding and Xiao Wu helped me order takeout, which was immensely helpful. When they left, they even helped me hail a taxi. It also helped me with washing clothes, which was fantastic. Really fantastic.

The Orange Crystal Hotel on Sichuan North Road is simply superb! Its location is unbeatable, just a short walk to The Bund, offering breathtaking night views. The staff are incredibly warm, professional, and their attention to detail makes you feel truly welcome and cared for. It offers exceptional value for money; the price is incredibly reasonable without compromising on quality. It's an excellent choice for any traveler, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Location is near Raffles City Mall and West Bund. Not at the tourist area and u have to cross the road to the nearest train station. Hotel is right in the middle of the cross junction making it very difficult to get on and off your taxi or didi rides. Food deliveries are always delayed at the reception table. By the time delivered to the hotel room is already cold. Room is spacious and clean. Power sockets are mostly malfunction, only 2 works for my room. Window view is just an indoor view of your opposite hotel neighbour door. I will not be staying here next time.

This marks my second stay at the hotel, my first visit being right after its grand opening. I feel that the hotel's comfort and overall experience have matured considerably. Everywhere, it radiates traditional European luxury and understated elegance. The in-room amenities are truly relaxing, giving you a sense of being at home. The breakfast quality has been further enhanced, with Chinese and Western dishes complementing each other perfectly for a harmonious spread. The hotel staff are extremely courteous, and Zoe, in particular, is highly experienced and made meticulous, thoughtful arrangements. One could truly say that Sofitel Jin Hui is now a dazzling jewel on Shanghai's North Bund 💎.

I booked the Atour Hotel in Shanghai on a business trip, across from a client's office. The hotel is very conveniently located. Take Metro Line 4, Dalian Road Station, Exit 4, turn right, and walk 20 meters to the main entrance. The hotel is small, but conveniently located. There's free ground-level parking, a FamilyMart nearby, and several snack shops and cafes nearby. The room was clean, the bedding was excellent, the service was excellent, the room was fully voice-activated, and there was free porridge and soup in the evening. The only downside was that the automatic curtains only closed or opened completely, not halfway. The manufacturer should revise the automatic opening and closing mode.

I stayed in a Pearl Tower View Room on the 29th floor — the view over the Bund and the Pearl Tower was breathtaking. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well designed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which kept starting and stopping and made some noise, especially at night. Overall, a wonderful stay with unforgettable views — highly recommended.”**

The room's decor was fairly standard, but that wasn't the main highlight. What truly made my stay was the in-room pool and the breathtaking river view from the window. Especially at night, soaking in the pool, gazing at the cityscape lights reflecting on the river, paired with a bottle of red wine 🍷 – that's when I truly felt what luxurious living is all about. On another note, it's great that the pool water can be changed on demand. And get this – breakfast is served from 7 AM all the way until 12 PM! Can you believe such a thoughtful schedule? It was absolutely perfect for late risers like me. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered à la carte options, which truly highlighted their customer-centric approach. The staff service was consistently excellent and very comprehensive. My only minor (and purely personal) feedback is that the room's warm-toned lighting felt a bit too dim; I personally prefer brighter illumination. Overall, however, this stay was a resounding success.

Very cool designed hotel and love the design and indeed the stunning view of the Bund from the room. Had a long time deciding which hotel for bund views and definitely made a right choice! The breakfast was amazing- so many choices! Good quality. And the bar outside - wow again - great place to chill at night with the view. Also had dinner at Yen restaurant in the hotel - service is excellent and food is delicious. Happy that I could also order a cool cocktail collaboration they had with another cool place in Shanghai. Anyway shows W’s commitment to good design and lifestyle. Location of the hotel is great - short easy walk to the Bund and in the lovely - more chill neighbourhood of HongKou. Just next to mall with everything. Great stay! And yes love the very cute XLB and chopsticks plush in the room. Couldn’t stop admiring them :)

The comfort level was beyond my expectation honestly. The bed was soft but also supportive. I like the bathroom floor because it was not cold for skin to touch when in bath. Hotel provides a charging usb with 3 types of plugs. Situated at touristy spot so friendly for tourists. Only regret is that there’s no swimming pool. But overall I enjoyed the stay there.

An absolutely delightful stay. We arrived quite early around noon, and our room wasn't ready yet. While we were out grabbing lunch, we received a call, and to our pleasant surprise, they had upgraded our room, offering us a prime spot to enjoy the stunning Bund views. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, the room was impeccably clean, and the service was excellent. The decor had a charming historical feel. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.
