The suite has a very expansive view, a large living room, a panoramic window in the bedroom, and a comfortable bathtub in the bathroom that you can lean against. The shower head is also very pleasant. All facilities are very new, the hotel is well designed, and the surrounding facilities and entertainment facilities are complete. The gym equipment is excellent, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the staff, from the receptionists to the receptionists, are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff and bar staff are also very nice, as are the staff at the gym and pool. It's a very good hotel experience.

All perfect except the location is a bit outskirt, yet subway is within walking distance, thus no issue to travel around

The overall experience of this hotel is good. The front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, and can solve problems at any time. The service response is timely and the attitude is friendly. There are drinks in the room refrigerator. The toilet is separated into dry and wet, which is clean and convenient to use. Tea bags are also prepared in the room, which is very heartwarming. The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway station. Hualian Supermarket a few steps downstairs is doing activities and giving away fruits. The parking lot downstairs is convenient for parking. In addition, the hotel has a projection, which is suitable for watching movies and leisure. It is cost-effective and worth recommending. Thank you very much for helping me find a small sample facial cleanser. It is very suitable to bring small sample toiletries when traveling on business.

Came from Singapore and was finding at Hotel near Baoshan to bunk in as the next day I'm travelling to Wu Song Kou Cruise Terminal to Board the Royal Carribean Spectrum of the Seas. The hotel can't be found on google maps, but can be found on Baidu Maps. Transfers from the Airport is not an issue as long as they give you the right address. 1. Nearby there are a few restaurants, like Chuan Chuan and steam boats etc. So no worries about eating. 2. They have a free shuttle bus which picks their guests up in the morning between 1000hrs to 1100hrs to Wu Song Kou Cruise Terminal to board Royal Carribean Cruise. So no need to book a transfer in the morning. Its just 10 - 15 mins away. 3. Staff very nice, gave a box of chocolate looking Pocky to my family member =)

The hotel is nice and clean, however facility wise, need one attention which is the closet area for customers to put clothes, there is no light and the door is not able to close fully. The rest are good, the bed is extremely comfort, the best ever had in my entire hotel experience, this is a 6 stars features. The pillow is also good to have two types for customers to select. Shower is decent and nice! Ladies at the front desk are very helpful and attentive, always willing to help out.
