Shanghai Yangpu District Hotels

The staff were really helpful with our requests and the free food and drinks provided in the lounge made the space really welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were clean and looked new. The location was just nice as we were walking distance from the train station with several malls around it. It was easy to get around and the hotel itself was easy to find. Overall a lovely stay for our first visit to Shanghai and we’ll definitely book here again.

😊The stay experience exceeded expectations. When I was on a business trip, I wanted to find a hotel with a good location and close to the subway station. The location was easy to find. After checking in, the hotel staff was very friendly. Although it was above an office building, there were two doors on the floor, which was very safe. To be honest, the hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is very good. Clean and tidy. Some hidden corners are also very clean. For business trips, people who have requirements for hygiene, safety, and location, it is indeed a recommended hotel.

We stayed here twice! The first time was a quick one night before our trip to other areas. The reception was very nice and set us up right away for early check in. We were offered some snacks including mixed nuts and fruit. When we left, the hotel stored our luggage for about a week until we came back. The front desk speaks English well, so if you're not comfortable with mandarin, you are in good hands. The rooms are modern and clean, the space was sufficient for us to open three luggages to pack and unpack. The beds were comfy and relaxing. We also appreciated the Dyson hairdryer!! The cleaning was done daily and swiftly, there are no weird odours at all. When ordering take out, the little robot will go up to your room, it's very convenient if you've had a long day! We did not have a chance to use the fitness centre but there is a good amount of machines and weights to do a quick workout. The laundry and dryers are not free but work well, we had no issues when doing our laundry. Overall, I would stay again (and already have) if I'm in the wujiaochang area. It's close by to the subway and to busses and there is plenty of food within a quick 5 minute walk in the area.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and I had another pleasant stay. My room had a good view and was generally clean (although the paint on the walls needs fixing). The location is nice (less than 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station) and easy to find. There was a good amount of washing and drying machines on the top floor as well as a terrace with a view of the area. Staff were also very helpful whenever I had any issues. Would happily recommend.

Extremely spacious and it has all the amenities is above expectations

The hotel is next to the Wujiaochang Arena, with convenient transportation and access to the subway. The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are well maintained, the service is warm and thoughtful, and it is a good stay experience.

Hotel room is spacious. Excellent service. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful and professional. Hotel is near to Fudan University metro station.

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. They are located in the downtown area of ​​Yangpu District, surrounded by universities and very close to Wujiaochang Business District. It takes more than 20 minutes by bus to get there.

Perfect 10/10 for the service and the room. The room is spacious, and the bed is soft and clean. We stayed here during my birthday last March 26 and I did not expect they will surprise me with a one whole cake. We ordered for dinner for only 288 RMB the meal is more than enough for 3 persons and we’re just 2 pax so we had it packed and bring it to our room. Will surely stay in Marriot again. Satisfied guest ❤️

The room facilities are luxurious but a bit old. When I checked in, I found that the sink was locked and could not be opened (see Figure 8). I called the staff to repair it. They came immediately and fixed it, but their attitude was very average, which did not meet the five-star standard at all. Other aspects were very good
