Facilities: They have a washing machine with a dryer, which I didn't get to try as I arrived quite late this time. The TV offers live broadcasts with 30 channels, including major networks, which was sufficient. All necessary shower amenities are provided, along with both disposable and bathroom slippers. The showerhead even features multiple spray settings. The WiFi speed wasn't great, which might be related to the high occupancy – I noticed a lot of international guests during my stay. Service: They offer a parcel receiving service, but it seems they handle a lot of deliveries, so it's best to know what your package looks like to help them find it faster. The breakfast provided for airport transfers was sufficient to fill up on, with options like fresh eggs that you can fry yourself, freshly ground coffee, congee, siu mai, and fresh fruit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was satisfactory. Environment: The area downstairs is packed with small restaurants, so you'll never go hungry, no matter the hour. Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: They offer a scheduled minibus shuttle to Pudong Airport; during regular hours, just contact them in advance, and it generally runs once an hour. The airport drop-off is a shared coach service with other hotels. It departs each hotel at XX:40 and arrives at the terminal on the hour. Make sure to manage your time accordingly. It drops off at Terminal 1 first, then Terminal 2. Disneyland Shuttle: I didn't get to try the Disneyland shuttle this time. My original plan was to arrive by 3 PM and use the free shuttle to scout the area a day beforehand, but my travel schedule was delayed. Maybe next time if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is pretty close to Disneyland, which is great for easy access. It can get a bit cold at times, and the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear the fireworks and even catch a glimpse of them from the window. Overall, a good stay with a great location!they also offer free transportation to Disneyland if you wake up really early.

Highly recommend especially for disneyland! Room is spacious and well equipped, wide breakfast selection. For sustainability, would suggest to have more hooks in well ventilated place to hang towel for re-use. The foot bath provided was highly needed after a whole day in disneyland to relieve the muscles. The shuttlebus service to disneyland and airport left on time. Our room had water leakage, it was attended promptly and recovery service was well managed.

Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is similar to the one posted on the official website. This price and this service are worth it. The receptionists girlies are so kind and welcoming, the one working the night shift gave me chocolate and some fruits and helped me find a place to eat, the rooms are as shown on the pictures , hotel is very convenient if you’re looking to stay near the airport and they offer airport transfer, a very cute convenient store in front of the hotel, the hotel itself is very cozy.

The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms.

Though simple, the owner's thoughtful touches are evident. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't filled due to several days of heavy rain. The whole family, from grandparents to grandchildren, was incredibly welcoming. I arrived very late at Pudong Airport, but the grandson (who is also the owner) still came to pick me up – I was deeply touched! Breakfast, prepared by the grandmother, gave it a wonderful homely feel. It's truly ideal for small families visiting Disneyland with children or for young couples looking for a cozy stay.

Very good environment, location. The front desk ( Snow and Yao Yao) are very friendly and helpful. They give us advice when we ask them where can we buy a SIM card at the nearest location. The hotel room is clean and big. Location near metro station, and beside have shopping mall, can find food inside. They have shuttle bus go to Disney land, if you want to go Disneyland, you can request with the front desk before one day.

🌟 Our stay at Chuxin Moshe Hotel was amazing! I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you plan to go to Disneyland. I will describe our whole experience here: None of the hotel staff spoke English, but they use translations apps and they are very helpful. Any questions we had they answered. 🛏 Room: Bed was big and comfy. I am very tall but that wasn't an issue. We also had in our room a Dyson like hair dryer (very good and powerful), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, flip-flops and bottles of water (restocked daily). ”TV” was a cinema like projector to the wall. I could not make it work because I could not find the settings to switch to English language haha 😅 We also had AC and humidifier - much needed in this weather. The walls are thin, and not very good soundproff. The room was clean! 🍜🥮 Food: Breakfast was delicious! There were many options, mostly asian food. Rice, noodles, fried eggs, boiled eggs, fruits, baked pumpkin, moon cake and many more. See attached pictures. ⭐️ Amenities: - 🚌 You need to go to Disneyland ? Just ask the front desk. They provide rides to and from Disneyland for FREE! All you have to do is to drop a message on the WeChat group with the timeslot + number of people and driver Lee will pick you up. - 💆♂️💺 Tired after Disneyland? You can use massage chairs for FREE at the lobby. - 👕🧺 You end up changing 2-3 shirts a day because you did not realize how hot and humid Shanghai is? The hotel provides FREE laundry and drying machines! - ☕️🫖 FREE coffee, tea and ”sour plums soup” (very good, I recommend it) can be found at the hotel lobby too. 📌 Location: The Hotel is located in an not so tourist area. None of the people there speak english, and you will be the only foreigner when walking down the street. We went for jogging in the neighborhood everyday. We felt safe. You can find local restaurants and local markets/shops selling all sort of crazy stuff. It was very interesting to see the local life, not only the tourist side of the city. 🛬🛫Airport: the Hotel offers FREE rides to and from the airport! It goes every 2 hours. You just have to inform the front desk one day in advance. Initially we decided to go by ourself and we took a random taxi from the airport (❌️ this was a mistake, I don't recommend you to do it, unless you speak mandarin). The taxi driver took 3 longer turns and when we arrived he tried to scam us to pay 465 yuan for a 60 yuan ride (I checked the prices before on Amap app). I started arguing with the driver who did not speak english in the hotel parking area. Hotel staff was prompt and immediately came to my help trying to understand the situation. When they realized what was happening, in about 2-3 min around 5-6 hotel staff members were there defending us and arguing with the scamer taxi driver. They picked up our luggage from the back of the car and helped us settle the dispute using translation apps. 🙏Big thanks to them! We felt very welcomed and safe! Other services that were provided by the hotel but we did NOT use: - 👗👢costume rentals (princesses, cowboys, etc), mostly for kids. I guess it is more convenient to rent a costume rather than to buy one for a kid that will outgrow the costume by the next year... -💄 proffesional make-up - 🗣 tour guides - only for mandarin speaking I think ❤️🙏 In the end we want to say a big thank-you to Xiao Ran and all the employees there who helped us a lot during our stay. The hotel is great and the employees attitude and willingness to help is amazing 👏. 💡Other tips: - 🇨🇳 in China: you need Alipay and WeChat apps in order to pay / communicate and Amap to check map and local transportation. - 🏰 in Shanghai Disney Resort: get the Magic Disney Passport (around 80 yuan) and try to complete it in the first day. It is a nice ”tour” like experience of the whole park. - ☀️ weather in October - it's hot, very, very hot 🔥 🥵

I communicated our pick up needs to hotel at regular intervals and keot them updated about our flight. Advised would be arriving a little early due to flight. Was told to call after landing - no answer. Tried messaging on we chat took a while for response. No clear directions. So arrived at exit after clearing customs and collecting bags. Then told to go back upstairs to gate 3 departures. Waited out there for a long time. Over half an hour. Many other hotels collected people with many others coming and going while we waited. One hotel had 3 vehicles with their name on it pick up patrons in the time we were standing there. I can now see why we were the only ones going to Novotel. Clearly the driver did not leave the hotel after long after we advised we had arrived. When he did turn up in a rundown silver van with no name on it. He drove like a mad man and dangerously. He think he was trying to make up for time. He was rather rude when he dropped us off, not a word from him. Check in experience was no better. Two girls on reception were talking **** about us - yes I had my translator on after explaining our check in details to them. Very poor service and actually unprofessional behaviour. Room service had finished so we weren't able to get anything to eat. Did not feel able nor did I want to speak with front desk again to ask for assistance in ordering some food. Only staff that was friendly or even acknowledged us was the lovely cleaning lady on our floor the following morning. Breakfast was okay. Laundry was a mess from another lady who pulled out all her washing dripping wet and made a huge puddle on the floor. If there had been a towel I would have cleaned up her mess! We wish we had gone straight to the hotel we had originally planned to but opted for the Novotel due to close proximity to airport for our late flight back into Shanghai. We would have been better off going straight to the original hotel over an hour away. I believe we still would have arrived earlier. We have stayed at Novotel Auckland Airport in New Zealand a few times and the service is impeccable. Unfortunately Novotel Shanghai Pudong Chuansha is not a good representation of the Novotel brand. Also considering this an airport hotel with many tourists likely utilizing it - very few things have English translation including the vending machine. The hotel building itself is nice and the only positive. Won't be back - step up your game. I usually do rave reviews and very rarely do negative unless warranted.
