JOYA properties in Shanghai

This is probably my fourth time staying here, and it's always my first choice whenever I visit Shanghai. The experience was great as usual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; when I realized the air conditioning was blowing directly on me in the middle of the night and making me uncomfortable, they immediately helped me switch to a new room. The gym is well-equipped and clean, and breakfast was quite good. One morning, the air conditioning in the restaurant seemed to be broken, and it was very hot on the top floor, which affected the dining experience, but overall it was still acceptable. I'll definitely come back next time!

The location isn't the most convenient - a bit tricky to find and out of the way compared to other spots in Lujiazui, so plan for extra travel time. That said, everything else made up for it. The service was excellent throughout attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to requests. What really stood out was the robot food delivery - it was such a fun, efficient touch bringing dishes straight to the table, and it made the whole dining experience feel modern and smooth. Would come back despite the location hassle, just for the service

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation and comprehensive facilities. Shopping, dining, and numerous shops are all just a stone's throw away. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and quite delicious. I'll definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel for the F1 race, expecting a basic business hotel. I arrived very late, past midnight, due to traffic, and was in a terrible mood. To my surprise, the hotel was incredibly warm and thoughtful, with a beautiful garden-style ambiance – absolutely loved it! Even our very picky group was thoroughly impressed. Everything, from the check-in experience and the butler service to the hotel's pleasant aroma and even the breakfast, was perfect! Sorry for rambling...
