I checked in late at night and there was a minor delay with my luggage, I spoke to the manager on duty once and immediately he apologised, gave me reason and gave me complementary breakfast . Overall the follow up service was wonderful. Concierge staff were excellent , so fast , so helpful , so friendly. Assisted me every single time I asked , collect my luggage , get my take out , courier my package. Amazing service . Initially I wasn’t happy with the view I got , the manager immediately made special arrangements for me to ensure my baby and I were happy! Beautiful river view. The child amenities are cute and carefully packaged in a little gift bag. Good location. Hotel is clean . Smells great. Swimming pool is fun . Comfortable. I will definitely stay again!
