This time I stayed at the Agile Marriott Marquis Hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for transport, within walking distance to People's Square metro station and Nanjing Road. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offered a great view. The front desk was efficient with check-in, and the service was appropriate. The bedding was comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great service and new facilities. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a good vibe.
The housekeeping auntie was very enthusiastic, proactively asking if we needed anything when we met her in the hallway.
Free parking was a big plus! 👍 After checking in, we just registered our license plate and room number at the concierge, and then entering and exiting the parking lot was hassle-free, which was very convenient.
Breakfast was also good.

Overall, the Marriott Riverside Yangpu offers guests an elegant and comfortable stay. The hotel's decor is tastefully done, reflecting the quality synonymous with the Marriott brand. Additionally, the warm and welcoming staff make you feel right at home.
Attending an exhibition in Shanghai, the hotel was not far from the venue, a taxi ride taking less than 10 minutes. The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions were excellent. The staff were very welcoming.
My stay at the Marriott Hotel Lingyun Songjiang was absolutely fantastic! The hotel just opened, so everything is brand new and spotless – no signs of wear and tear at all. The public areas are designed with elements of Guangfulin culture, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The in-room amenities are high-quality, and I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The executive lounge breakfast had a wide and diverse selection, with plenty of hot dishes and desserts; there were so many options I couldn't try them all. I especially want to commend Wendy from the front desk; her service was warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. She patiently explained all the facilities during check-in and proactively offered helpful advice for getting around. She provided so much practical assistance throughout my stay, demonstrating true professionalism in every detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Songjiang!
The hotel has a pool, and it's not crowded, which is very convenient. The facilities are quite new, and the hygiene is acceptable. The environment is also satisfactory. It's suitable for business travel. The room has a bathtub, but they don't provide disposable bath liners. I tried to extend my check-out time a bit, and while the front desk wasn't as accommodating as some other hotels, overall it was okay. It's a bit dry this season, and I'm feeling a bit under the weather. The soundproofing is so-so, but I was still pretty happy with my stay. Overall, a good review.
Facilities: The hotel is relatively new and overall pretty good. The pool is a highlight – not crowded and the water is clear.
Cleanliness: Also quite good, no stains found in the room.
Environment: Although the location is a bit out of the way (but quite close to Ueno), it's very quiet, so I slept well.
Service: This is something the hotel really needs to pay close attention to. If the hotel provides shuttle bus service, then properly arranging the number of passengers and timing is the most basic requirement. Starting from the airport pickup this time, the arrangements were unclear, which led to me having to take a taxi to the hotel myself. Fortunately, the hotel handled it appropriately by arranging a car for me when I checked out as compensation. In the evening, the Disney shuttle was significantly over capacity, causing everyone to wait for half an hour before departing. The extra people were seemingly picked up by a ride-hailing service called by the hotel. Everyone booked in advance at the front desk, so why did this happen? People are tired after a full day of playing with their kids, and it's hard not to get angry in this situation. The hotel should really reflect on this!
