Location is everything, Langham has always been tip top in soft and hard ware. Staffs are well trained and professional, always helpful. Hotel amenities are just great, nothing more to be improved.

Easy to get around with DiDi , not too far from Nanjing road.(i prefer this area which is not too packed and not too touristy .). Malls is around . Walkable to eat many things (Starbucks is near by too)

Super lovely staff, clean, big rooms, if you are like me a mum travelling on your own with two kids for long (11 hours) layover. Then I highly recommend coming here have a shower, food, some stretches and sleep. We arrived in Shanghai at 6am and I booked for the day before and extended my checkout for later that same day I arrived. Hotel staff spoke enough English to get by comfortably. I paid 30 CNY from airport to hotel as transfer is from 9:30am. Lovely transfer back to airport. Highly recommend coming back to the hotel.

Beautiful location, lots to do with children. Indoor and outdoor pool very good even with small children. Room itself clean, but the carpets could be cleaned/vacuumed better. General problem with carpets, maybe just remove carpets in the room...rather unhygienic especially with a crawling toddler. Service was good, very friendly, although sometimes a bit slow and you always had to make them aware yourself that you needed cutlery or napkins etc.

They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Kia ora, we are a couple from NZ. We stayed for one night only before going to the airport. We wished we stayed here longer as it was so dreamy and peaceful. Check in was easy and the girls were very helpful. Room was AMAZING and was a highlight of our trip. Breakfast in the morning had western and Chinese options and was delicious. The hotel provided a shuttle to the airport and this was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. One thing to note is on Trip.com it is advertised as one name and upon arrival we found it was called “Moonloo” just an fyi when needed long to find it. Location is fantastic with access to shops and dinner options.

I booked at Soho Garden Villa because I was traveling with my dog and needed a place to have a day of rest in Shanghai before continuing our trip. Booking for an additional dog was extremely easy, and the staff at the hotel were all extremely kind and helpful despite our language barrier. I am very grateful!! In terms of space, the room I had was quite basic (small) size-wise and it would be a squeeze for more than 2 nights. If I had been staying for other reasons I might have asked for a view. That said, what existed what quite comfortable and very functional. The fruit and snacks were a nice additional touch. (I would just suggest that the refrigerator be colder.) The location is excellent, especially for exploring the French Concession area and generally walking around. Especially true if you have a dog (or any travel companion who enjoys a walk!).

I’m quite more and more confused to see only few people’s can speak English. It was not the case previously. Breakfast starts to be a Chinese breakfast only. Mist be improved and always the same ! No change, no proposal since 8 months at least. It’s a pity ! For the rest I appreciate to stay at this hotel and the level is good

The room has a very old Shanghai feel, very lively, a quiet spot in the downtown, very close to the subway station, convenient to go everywhere, nearby is Jing'an Temple, Jing'an Park, large shopping malls, and also close to Nanjing Road

It was a great hotel experience. Right from check-in I had such a pleasant experience. The receptionist (Miss Liu 前台小刘) was accommodating and absolutely went out of her way to help me settle in after a 40hr multi-legged trip. I had to double up on coffee to survive the jet lag and the maid Miss Yang (杨水莲) whom I never actually saw in person took note and left me extra bags of instant coffee with a kind note. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Everything works and is of decent quality. I am not certain if the hospitality star systems in China or anywhere are one and the same. Although I suspect Fuyue's 5-star rating is more domestic than the true five star experience one could get from the Waldorf Astoria, the hotel feels luxurious enough for the money. And while it doesn't come with the level of service one normally would expect from a 4-star place in the west, the local staff I interacted with were all pretty helpful. There's a gym and a 25m pool where 6 or 7 people could swim laps comfortably on the second floor. And the Chinese buffet for breakfast was quite amazing as well - there are enough ingredients and plates that one could consider a typical continental breakfast with two caveats: there is no cheese and the yoghurt is watery. I would definitely go back.
