Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, you could really feel the hotel's dedication in every detail. Great Location: The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient. It's perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Attentive Service: The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very efficient. Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed. Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent. Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

The room was nice and clean, but the yellow stain on the bath mat, which looked like excrement, was quite off-putting. The staff training for a chain hotel was incredibly poor. My key card failed multiple times, locking me out of my room. I suspect the cleaning staff might have accidentally taken my ID during cleaning. The front desk was very perfunctory and showed no intention of resolving the issue. The floor supervisor was even more ridiculous, claiming they checked the trash and didn't find anything, then pushing all the blame onto the cleaning lady. She then told us our trash was picked up yesterday – how utterly ridiculous! The cleaning lady, however, had a very good attitude. I highly recommend the hotel provides better training for its middle managers and front desk staff. It's a significant downgrade compared to Huazhu Hotels.

The service was really good. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, they upgraded the room type for free and gave me a fruit plate. I walked around the hotel for a few times and found that their configuration and service were really good. There is a free independent parking lot, electric charging piles, and a tea room for guests to talk. There are all kinds of tea sets and tea leaves in the room, which are also free. In addition, there is a free reading bookshelf in the lobby. As long as you are a guest staying here, you can borrow it for free. With free coffee, it feels very comfortable. Another key service is breakfast. Although the hotel charges a low fee, the breakfast variety is very rich. I have stayed in many hotels outside. Personally, I feel that this place is generally good value for money.

The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms and two beds – one queen and one twin – which was perfect for our family trip. It's ideal for a family of three to four people. Plus, it came with a washing machine and dryer, and free parking was a huge bonus.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room facilities are average, and the surrounding environment is also just okay. However, the staff's attitude is excellent. The breakfast is average. Given its location in a bustling area of Shanghai, having free parking is a great plus and quite rare. Overall, the hotel offers a good experience.

The cleaner was so annoying. I left for her letter which is don’t distract me, she came in my room without permission always every morning. And she even don’t understand any words in English

The 24-hour front desk service is very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very cost-effective for this location and price. There are two floors in total, and both the stairs and the elevator are very convenient. There are bus stops opposite and on the left side for public transportation.
