The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. When issuing the invoice, they even reminded me to take a picture of it in case the print faded, which was a really nice touch. The hotel lobby is clean and grand, and the room was spotlessly clean as well. Parking was easy and convenient, and overall, it offers great value for money! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The hotel environment was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful, and the uncle was approachable and attentive. There was some standing water in the bathroom, but after I mentioned it, someone came to fix it right away – thumbs up! The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious, and the kitchen auntie was also very friendly. It offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time. My only minor gripe is that there aren't enough washing machines and dryers, so you have to wait in line.

The room's cleanliness was decent. I booked a twin room and as soon as I entered, I saw a mahjong machine – perhaps it's a room type for mahjong players. I arrived at night and there were still parking spaces available. The room was relatively quiet. However, when checking out in the morning, the exit was blocked by a tour bus. I had to detour around it and ended up hitting a stone barrier. I have no idea why they put that there; it's completely invisible from the driver's perspective! Car sensors don't pick up that height either. It's like a curb that just appears out of nowhere. If it's meant to separate lanes, they could easily use pillars or traffic cones. After I hit it, the security guard didn't react at all, just walked past silently. The car in front didn't care either. Guess I'll just have to chalk up the broken bumper to bad luck, haha.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to Shanghai Railway Station, about a 300-meter walk. The takeout and drinks around the area are excellent. The hotel service was top-notch, and I loved the unique scent of the shower gel!

The curtains don't close properly, letting light in. It's so noisy! Extremely noisy! I could clearly hear water running and people talking in the rooms on both sides. Someone was also smoking in the next room, and the secondhand smoke drifted over. What's most infuriating is that the 5th floor of the hotel is under renovation. The front desk sign stated that there would be no loud noise on weekdays from 12-2 PM, after 6 PM, and on holidays. Yet, on Saturday at 12:30 PM, the drilling started. When I complained to the front desk, they said it's a commercial building and they're allowed to renovate. I mean, seriously?? Is your front desk notice just for show?? After multiple complaints, they finally said they wouldn't work at noon, but then it started again at 2:30 PM. I originally booked this hotel to escape my own home renovations, and now I'm stuck in such a noisy hotel. It's truly infuriating!

The location is fantastic, right next to the metro station. The room was very bright and clean, with modern decor. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food, and the restaurant itself was beautifully designed. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful exễprience I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful, especially the reception staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I requested a late check-out, and they kindly accepted it without charging me any extra fee, which I really appreciated. What impressed me even more was that they also prepared a lovely gift for me to take home. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you so much to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here agai

It is quite far from the subway on foot. We had to drag the luggage from the subway station to the hotel when we arrived. We hailed taxi when we left for Pudong airport, which was less than 30 minutes away. Rooms are big, comfy, and clean with great view. There are a lot of restaurants close by. Service is great. There are laundry room with many washer and dryer for free. Overall, a very comfortable hotel for a family stay.

1st time staying at this hotel, as I usually use the Holiday Inn opposite this hotel. This hotel is lovely and certainly, the best budget hotel I have ever stayed - As stated, it is a budget hotel by price, but it certainly does not look or feel like a budget hotel, as it is really very nicel. The bedrooms are excellent, the bathrooms large, well equipped, modern, good WiFi, beds are comfortable, a good size desk to work at, a place to layout and open your suitcase, an armchair to sit in - Lovely 👍 Breakfast is good and the breakfast room is large and bright 👍 Services at the hotel are good and modern, such as the laundry, gym and even a yoga room. The staff are well presented, very helpful and patient. In the lobby there is a Bean Star coffee outlet which is a real bonus, as it serves an excellent selection of very good coffees. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn Jiading again and this is now my hotel of choice 👍

A great stay! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway station and shopping mall. It's also near Huashan Hospital, making transportation very convenient. The free parking was a huge plus, saving us a lot of hassle. The room was well-appointed and warm, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry, free late-night porridge, and free coffee and tea were all very thoughtful amenities. The tea service was also a lovely and attentive touch.
