環境衞生一般情況，有很大的黴味，廁所是蹲廁，毛巾褶皺，空調內機外機噪音都特別大，很潮濕，這些我都忍了，畢竟價格便宜89塊錢，但唯一不能忍的，按金一百退99.99，這是信譽問題，什麼叫按金呢，壓一百退99.99。説是系統問題不提前講，我都走了説要是在意那一毛錢讓我回去，難道我的油費不是錢，其次一毛錢不多掉地下沒人撿，但信譽很重要，我很少評價，但這個是我忍不了的。

位置不錯，人民醫院傍邊。正好來醫院出差辦事情，老樓房新裝修。主要空間大，總體還可以，走道很寬敞。樓下還有書可以看。水果很便宜，隨便吃。
