Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Shangri-La

Holiday Inn lives up to expectations. Counter staff are well trained. My husband was having high altitude sickness and short of breath. The piped in oxygen was shut off during daytime. He called the counter staff and only after 3 times did they agreed to turn it on. However, maintenance staff did not respond fast enough. My husband had to personally go down and speak to the counter staff and express his unhappiness. Counter staff understood his unhappiness and personally apologized and confirmed everything is in order. Good damage control. Highly recommended hotel.
