🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give 6 stars, I would! 😄 The service was so good, I felt like a VIP the whole time. The place is super clean — even my mom would approve (and she’s very picky). Totally recommending this hotel to all my friends. Clean, comfy, and staff that actually smile — what more could you want? I booked this place because of the reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Such a beautiful place!! Everything is so high standard, details in design are gorgeous. Textiles were designed by mom!!!There is gorgeous oasis in courtyard. Family is extremely cute and welcoming. Of course the cat!!! It is 5min walk to the ticket office to the monastery and 5min ride to ancient city. I can’t wait to come back💕💕💕

I had the best experience at Shangri-La Plateau Star Boutique. First of all, they're extremely helpful and are always available to contact if you have any questions about your trip or how to get to where you need to go. In addition, if you want to arrange rides, they can do it for you most of the time, and you don't have to look for drivers yourself. I don't think I would have been able to have had such a good solo trip without their help as they kindly shared their knowledge about the city. The location is great too - only a 15 minute taxi ride to Dukezong and a 5-10 minute walk to Songzalin temple. They're also only a 15-20 minute walk from the bus stop if you plan on going to other nearby cities. The room is exceptionally clean as well, and I loved the heated bed for when it gets cold at night. 10/10 would come back again.

Wonderful experience. The family running the accommodation went beyond expectation to make me feel at home. Offered yak butter tea. Room was wonderrful, super clean. Location next to Songzanlin Monastery. Near bus stop to Old Town. Would 100% reccommend. Felt like at home.

Very friendly owners. Offered me local butter tea and were very kind to talk to. They even offered to take me to the airport for my flight. Had a great experience there. It is very close to the Temple Scenic entrance.
