10/10 would recommend.
The service is top notch. Although the communication was mainly using translation tools, the staff were happy to accommodate and provide the best service.
I arrived early but was immediately checked in and given breakfast and coffee. The staff even recommended places to go.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, equipped with smart toilet.
View from the room was amazing. I didn’t leave the hotel for more than an hour, even that was just to Napahai which you can see from the hotel itself. It was the perfect place to chill and rest after hiking Tiger Leaping Gorge.
After I checked out, I was given a ride to Dukezong Ancient City for free as well.

The hotel was magnificent. The room is nice with full amenities. The view from the balcony is unforgettable. The services is excellent since the pick up from the train station until I departed.
Thank you for staffs’s hospitality. I am so happy to be here.
My first dinner is excellent and every morning breakfast is very special.
I end up extend stay for one more night because I truely love this hotel and every single thing about it. I will definitely come back.

Best stay in my life!!!🥹 I really enjoyed my 2 nights there and don’t wanna leave. The hotel also offers the pick-up and drop-off service from railway stations which is only 15mins away.
The view was stunning overlooking napahai and snow mountain. Everyone was very welcoming and kind , the two dogs were super cute!
Hope to come back again🥰🥰

Amazing guesthouse with beautiful scenery.The room is fully equipped with heater & free coffee brewer provided. Friendly staffs & they are very helpful. The chef can cook halal foods upon request. Totally highly recommended so stay here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Firstly, the place is so amazinggggggg. Serene, tranquil and calming surrounded by nature and grassland. We came in february and it was snowing, freezing cold. I believe in spring and summer they would be much more lovely with the green scenery.
The staff were amazing and super helpful. Being in contact since few days before arrival and helped us in anyway they could. We felt really welcomed and well taken care of. They help us with the transport as well.
The location a bit far from city centre but worth the picturesque view of surrounding lands and faraway mountains. Accessible by didi it was just that we came during moderate snowing.
The cabin/cottage itself was fantastic. Really spacious, amazing view from balcony. Central heating kept us warm. Shower was nice with good temperature control. All the amenities were complete. It was a bit dizzy at this altittude around 3300m so they also supplied an oxygen bottle inside the room.
Really nothing to complain about. Everything was positive and an amazinggggg stay.

Our stay here was simply top notch - views are amazing, hosts have been incredibly hospitable, and there are two friendly dogs as companions. Room was well equipped too, and our nights here felt very hearty in the cold winter season. Thinking of coming back again the next year!

We love the view the so much, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful, we unable to download we hat, contact using trip chat only, but they very helpful make our journey more memorable.
Breakfast so delicious, we choose vege type since we are Muslim.
Room very warm during winter.

I love this hotel so much!! The owners are really nice and helpful, they ask whether we are muslim so that they can provide vegan food. Very kind of them. Also the view of the hotel is perfect 10/10!!

Wonderful place, peaceful and surrounded by nature. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. You can drink coffee enjoying the view of the grassland.
