Strongly recommend if you're looking for clean room , large and nice decoration . feeling good with good night milk. All facilities provided such as oxygen, Floor heating, Chinese Speech Recognition.

Love the experience here !!! The host was extremely friendly and warm-hearted, she offered us free pickup/drop off, free laundry and free hot rose milk during the evening. She also recommended us few places to go to at shangri-la and warned us from being scammed. The homestay is located near the Dukezong Gu Zheng, only 1.2km away ❤️❤️❤️

During my stay in Shangri-La, I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel located just a short walk from the ancient city. The location was perfect—quiet yet close enough to easily explore the old town and all its charm. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, whether it was giving directions or offering local recommendations. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of sightseeing, it was a relief to come back to such a peaceful and tidy space. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La.

lovely service of couple host. they care so much about their guest. comfortable room and bigger space than other hotel. good sanity. definitely the best room in shangri la with affordable cost. you should book this hotel if you stay in Shangri la city.

The hotel is located just outside the ancient town, about 5 minutes walk away. But there are many constructions around, so the walk becomes not so pleasant. Call the hotel in advance to arrange for pickup. The most pleasant surprise is the serving of hot milk at around 9pm.

Everything was amazing!!! The owner of the hotel was an absolute sweathearth! We also got a free upgrade as well as recommendations for sightseeing 😊 very close to the city center and also provides oxygen machine!!

I realised there are many similar type of inns nearer to the old town which is 50 yuan cheaper and need not have to walk far away to enjoy a good night rest.

We had a very nice experience. We are so happy that we stayed here. Aunty is very kind to us. The rooms are very clean and nice. We would love to stay here again. Five star indeed.
