What an excellent place to stay, I would highly recommend it. Large room, comfortable bed, great heating, extremely helpful and friendly staff, they even gave as a free upgrade. It’s very cost effective and just a short walk to the ancient town.

This place is perfect. The room is damn big, everything is included, toilet is big enough the room is warm for u to stay in. Just beside the hotel there’s a restaurant if u r hungry. Worth to stay still have computer game for u to play.

It takes about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel to the old city. But it is quite near (8 mins walk) to the big buses/ coaches terminal where tickets can be bought and where tourists board the buses to scenic spots like Potatso national park, white water terrace, tiger leaping gorge etc.
Hotel is not new but still in good condition. Room is large, beds are clean and wooden floor is heated. Hotel has a bear@brick theme. They have a self service laundry on the ground floor. Staff are approachable.

I was changed three times. The first room was on the 1st floor.
Hygiene: the towels were dark, there was blood on the quilt, there was urine in the toilet and it was not flushed, and it leaked when I brushed my teeth.
The second room was changed to the 5th floor. I forgot to take pictures of the room. The bathroom was very closed, broken and small, even worse and broken than the famous hostels outside.
The third room was changed to the first floor. It was okay overall, no big problems, but it was a little smaller than the previous two. When I got up in the morning, the floor heating was like it was not turned on. I was so tired. The setting was 30 degrees and it was 18 degrees in the morning. There was no effect at all. It was really rubbish.
Service: The service was not good at all. There was no place to park in their parking lot. I asked him if there was a place to park.
