I would recommend you this hotel. The person who assist us through out our stay, Xiaomin is so kind and patience to help us despite the language barrier. The room is clean, all necessities provided and we get to check in early since we arrived earlier. Check in and check out process was smooth . They provide free pick up service and self service laundry too. 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for their service and hospitality. Thank you Xiaomin.

Service is super awesome. I told the driver (阿龙) picking me up that Yaks are cute, and he stopped at a field full of yaks while on the way to the hotel so that I could take some photos. The Tibet dinner that he recommended was the highlight of the stay, super fun. The only downside was that most of the discount vouchers were non-existent. For example, in English, it says 99% discount coupon, but in Chinese terms, it meant 1% off. A classic case of lost in translation.

Great hotel about 15 mins walk to the heart of the Dukezong ancient city. Alternatively can take a Didi for about 8 RMB. Room was modern and clean. Had heated flooring, shower stall, bathroom mirrors and toilet seat. Oxygen machine with nasal prongs available if you need relief from altitude sickness. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Hotel has free self serve laundry on site. All staff were attentive and helpful. I needed to check out 1 day early and the matter was taken care of without issues.
