基礎設施太差，無電梯，無空調遙控器。天氣冷，我們房間也沒有電熱毯，空調總閘由酒店統一管理，衹再規定時間通電，沒到早上，就會斷空調的電，説的是使用的人多了，自動斷電，其實當天入住率非常低。空調外機就窗子外面，聲音非常大。燈衹有一個不太亮的。我們提前走不能住第二天，給前台説，前台説的因為退房時間超過了他們規定的時間，需要扣除一部分費用，我們表示理解。但是老闆一來就説不能退，不住也不能退。後面客服介入。我老闆也堅持不退。不推薦入住。。第一次差評！

房間還算乾淨，有一次床被子和毛毯，就是離獨克宗古城有點遠，附近吃的比較少，他們有一個院子裏，可以免費停車

有史以來第一次給酒店差評，不差評都達不到，應該是差評的最高級，價格因旅遊季170一間，你們起碼得對得起吧，電視沒有搖控器，同時也看不了，網絡更是好笑，告訴你的密碼是錯的，連接不了，洗手盆漏水，床也是壞的，部分插座也是壞的，窗子還是幾十年前的那種老式的，設施太陳舊，總之不推薦！
