This stay experience was very satisfying. The hotel's location is extremely convenient—close to attractions, making it very easy to get around.
The room was clean and tidy, with a warm ambiance. Every staff member was friendly and enthusiastic in helping to answer questions; the service was excellent.
Overall, the hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended!
If I get the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and service very good. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The breakfast set is healthy, simple, nice and good taste, we have a good chance to try the local style breakfast set. The room is equipped with oxygen and all the necessary things. The garden is very nice and cozy, can take photos and relax. The hotel can borrow the local costume clothes with free. 👍👍👍

This hotel really surprised me. The boss personally went to the airport to pick me up. The entrance and lobby of the hotel are very distinctive, with a high-end design. The room is more designed, and the floor heating was turned on in advance. The breakfast is also very distinctive. The location is very convenient, walking to the Moonlight Square in 5 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This beautiful stay in Shangri-La was perhaps the best decision of our trip. Nestled away in a small corner off the main road in the ancient city (古城）， the rooms are well furnished and heated (both bed room and shower!!). The service here is superb, our hosts took extra care to make sure we felt comfortable as some would experience altitude sickness at this height (3k+!). Our hosts were also very receptive to our numerous questions and offered us invaluable advice for our visits to Shangri-La sightseeing spots! I would highly recommend folks coming in for a short stay to enjoy the city and have a fuss free and pleasant journey :)

We had to change room because our booking didn't meet our expectations, the family room has 2 bedrooms but no door just curtains. We asked to change to two standard rooms and was immediately granted. Thank you! The location is very close to Dukezong, about 5-7 minutes walk. They arranged the pickup from the train station, and on the last day of our 3 night stay, they drove us to the airport which is only 12 minutes away. Thank you. Many ******* restaurant around the homestay, very good and all friendly people. We actually loved the yak hotpot, very tender meat and so yummy. Our day trip to Songzanglin Monastery was also fun, we arrived early morning by Didi and purchase the ticket at the front office then walked around the lake to capture the beauty of the monastery reflected on the lake.

Very accommodating! Incredibly friendly!
Great for someone who may or may not be susceptible to altitude sickness. It's got unique facilities which generates additional oxygen.

This time I stayed at Guichen Light Luxury B&B in Shangri-La, and it was a great experience! The room is clean and bright, the layout is simple and warm, the bed is very comfortable, and I have a good night's sleep. The scenery around the B&B is good. When you open the curtains in the early morning, you will see greenery everywhere, which makes you feel comfortable. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us plan the tour route and recommended local food, which saved us a lot of trouble. It's close to attractions, convenient for traveling, and the breakfast is also very tasty. Next time I come here, I will choose this restaurant!

The homestay is in an excellent location, just a four or five-minute walk from the ancient town of Dukezong. The accommodation environment is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town. The facilities in the room are very new. When I had a bit of altitude sickness at night, I turned on the oxygen generator, which made me feel much better. What I was most satisfied with was the design of the room. The homestay guy Xiao Liu was very enthusiastic and provided one-stop butler service. I will still stay at this place next time I come to Shangri-La.

Overall is nice stay, the room comes with oxygen and humidifier. Breakfast served was good as well. Only thing is the toilet bowl is without warmer, it's very cold in winter.
