There are 17 cabins in the manor, all of which are viewing rooms with independent bathrooms. The manor has about 100 mu of lawn, and has 6 horses, 3 dogs, 3 alpacas, 2 sika deer, 3 pet goats, 1 shepherd dog, 5 cats, chickens, ducks and geese. and we have one famouce coffee shop called Heidou coffee shop"

Absolutely loved our stay here! The service was top-notch — we got free pickup and drop-off at the railway station, and even free rides into town whenever we needed. Complimentary drinks were provided for both of us, which was such a nice touch.
The place was super clean — honestly, spotless! And the location couldn’t be better. It's right near Heido Cafe, and hotel guests even get free drinks there too. Total bonus!
We were also surrounded by the cutest, friendliest animals — it really added to the peaceful vibe. Plus, there were so many amazing photo spots; every corner was Insta-worthy!
One big plus: the staff can speak English really well, so communication was smooth and easy the whole time.
Overall, highly, highly recommended! You should definitely stay for at least 3 days and 2 nights — one night just isn’t enough to take in the view and soak up the serenity. So, so satisfying!

Very relaxing place to spend a few days just to relax and visit nearby attatraction at your own pace. Most units are facing the snow mountain.They pick the guest from airport and train station upon arrival. They also send the guest to nearby places of interest at no charge. They even upgraded our accommodation to a bigger and nice unit . Service is excellent, would recommend it to all my friends and family.

A top-class luxury resort. Fantastic views of the grazing meadows and excellent service all-round. Even though the hotel location is 10-15 mins drive away from the Old City and the airport, the hotel offers free pickup and dropoff service at both locations. Rooms are clean and well-furnished and breakfast was good. There are animals (goats, horses, dogs, and even two alpacas) roaming around the property which makes for a very relaxing and laidback vibe. Outside the rooms, there are tents and free seating around the lake where visitors and hotel guests can soak in the great views. Overall a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Shangri-La.

Such a unique hotel! Beautiful and finely decorated rooms facing Napa grassland, friendly and helpful staff, coffee stand for parents to relax and appreciate the scenery while kids played with the sheep, dogs and alpacas of the property. The highlight of our trip!

Waking up in the morning with the sound of yak bells and birdsong is so healing. The butler service is considerate, breakfast is freshly made, and butter tea is authentic and warms the stomach. Next to it is the Black Bean Cafe with Bernese Mountain Dogs on site. When chasing the sunset on the meadow, you will also see a rainbow. Smart floor heating + humidifier relieves altitude sickness, and the sky mirror is a must-see for taking reflections. A hidden paradise that you want to stay indefinitely, your soul is washed by the wind of Napahai~
