Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was exceptionally well-appointed, featuring a smart toilet and an excellent smart electric toothbrush. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. It's clear the owner has put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The staff member was also wonderfully warm and friendly, even inviting me to join them for their staff lunch. I truly appreciated every single person working here. This was hands down the best and most unique experience I've had in Shangri-La.

I visited Shangri-La in mid-August and stayed at this newly opened guesthouse. I was particularly attracted by the resident cats and even brought some food specifically to feed them. Vehicles are prohibited in the ancient town center, but thankfully, this guesthouse is accessible by car. It's also just a 4-5 minute walk from Moonlight Square. The room was quite spacious with a separate wet/dry bathroom. There's a drying rack in the hallway. Breakfast is served on the second floor. We left early in the morning to catch the sightseeing bus from the East Gate, and they thoughtfully packed us some delicious highland barley cakes. It wasn't cold at night, and an oxygen concentrator was provided.
