非常滿意的一次旅行，前台小姑娘燕婷無微不至的服務讓人有一種回家的感覺，一直在關心我們回島上是否方便需不需要幫忙，然後帶我們去島上買東西、參觀，給我們介紹酒店和媽嶼島的情況，非常感謝她，來汕頭最開心的一段經歷，下次來汕頭還會選擇這裏！

帳篷酒店的設計風格還是很不錯的，我們去的時候遇到颱風，一直下雨沒能好好玩。還好酒店的服務很好，管家小姐姐們的服務很貼心，非常專業。下次有機會再來。

住了一晚後，體驗過服務後覺得不錯，所以放出來，推薦媽嶼灣亦安民宿，這是島上唯一一家野奢帳篷民宿[強] 最讓我感動的是這次回老家到處找不到打印試卷的地方，來到酒店請管家幫忙打印，想不到打印的內容包括答案在內有幾百張之多，管家打印裝訂好放在檔案袋給我送過來，分文不收，實在仗義[強] 關於住的方面，氛圍感把握得很好，我就是容易被這些有情調的小物件所感染🥰地理位置就在南海的入海口，整面客廳的270°落地窗的2/3都對牢大海；來到卧室的，可以看到落地窗延續到浴缸的這一側也是對牢大海，獨享美景是旅途上對眼睛最大的犒勞，值得推薦！

超級美的民宿，媽嶼島上的天花板。房間設施乾淨，齊全，正對着海灣。服務也特別好。在島上看了煙花，早上起來睜眼就是大海。門口有沙灘，小朋友可以玩水，也有草地。比起市區的高級酒店，這裏的住宿體驗會很特別，很值得來一趟。

親子游，管家服務細心及時周到，這個給滿分💯。帳篷隔音略差一點，主要住這氛圍吧，衞生間衞生也可加強。園區管理及環境也不錯，人少清靜，在露台待着就很放鬆。推薦哦～
