Just checked into the Kaiyad Hotel (Shantou Chenghai Branch), and I'm loving it! It's right in the heart of Chenghai, super convenient for business trips. The rooms are so comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. The service staff are friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time here and will definitely come back next time I'm in town! 💖

The hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district.
The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

They should keep some floors for non smokers. very strong smell of smoke in the evenings. Other than this the hotel is good and firendly staff.

Nearby have 泰安路美食街 . Good for food hunting and car park don’t have … inconvenience for us a group of 12 get off the bus and carry luggage . But their bed super comfy

The hotel was converted from an old hotel. Room is brand new and has nice comfy bed. Only downsides are lack of breakfast offering and the bad sewage smell in the mornings.

The hotel is very good. Every time I come to Chenghai, I will choose Cayard. The environment is hygienic, clean, and well-equipped. I sleep very peacefully here. The breakfast is also very good! If there is room available, you can also enjoy an upgraded room type. I will come again if I have the chance!
