My sister stayed in room 718 and complained about the same noise. She was transferred to room 616 and the KTV footbath singer on the 5th floor was noisy until 4 in the morning. I complained again and said that there was no room and they would have to change it to us tomorrow. The next day, room 603 was transferred to me, and room 611 was transferred to my sister. The location was first-rate, the decoration was old, and the appliances were not well managed? The customer service is very good. Maybe it’s just the boss’ problem? The rating is only 50 or 50!
