Hotel has excellent location. Whole stretch of eateries just right downstairs. Hotel also provided simple supper of green bean soup and plain porridge if you are too lazy to order deliveyr. One of our rooms had heavy cigarette smell and concierge immediately changed room for us upon receiving our request. Will definitely be back when I visit Shantou again!

Front desk staff will not go the extra mile to help you. Breakfast is good because there is a chef who will can customize your rice noodle or soup to your preference.

First of all, the room platform says 28 square meters, but it's actually about 21 square meters. But the pictures are real. There's only a stool besides the bed. I blame myself for not looking carefully. The hygiene is a bit poor. There are hairs on the bed and on the toilet. The toilet also smells like urine, which is probably not cleaned properly.
