No gym, many large group local tourists smoking, ******** openly (hotel room door kept widely opened) and misbehaving (spitting at the cigarette bins beside the hotel lifts). Noisy and very "complicated".
The hotel services is great and very friendly staffs. Overall, the staffs can't do much. The hotel boss/ top management has to do something?!
Not Suitable for families & business travellers.

Room type show "Lake view" but no Lake view instead is the name of hotel "龙湖 Longhu".

The hotel upgraded our room for free when we checked in. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and very quiet at night. The hotel is in a prime location, just a dozen minutes' walk from Longyan Street and Vientiane Square, and there are bus stops around the small park, Xidi Park, and Nan'ao Island, which is very convenient.
