Hotel was generally clean, but decor was dated and old fashioned.
However the mattresses were soft and offered no support - we both woke had lower back aches after 1 night. Pillows were also too soft with no proper neck support.
Location is excellent however, within 5 min walk to mixc and Suning Plaza where there is shopping and food options. Longan south street is also a short stroll away.
Service was excellent. The concierge especially helped us contact our taobao delivery guy to ask about our parcel, and make sure it was delivered before we checked out.
Wifi was slow and needs to be improved.
Would consider staying again if they fix the mattress/ pillow issue, which is a deal breaker for us.

房間很好，老錢風。
入住升級房間窗户是游泳池方向，服務員把兩張1.2米床拼在一起，這樣就不怕娃掉下床了。
浴室有浴缸，乾濕分離。兩個大衣櫃，夠地方掛衣服。房間裝飾不錯。
對於喜來登這個品牌，本人很喜歡，尤其它們的大堂的硬件設計裝飾都很下本錢，都是用很好的天然石，電梯間裏也是這樣。
大堂的巨幅蘭花那麼大，確有那麼雅。

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by three major shopping centers. After my first night, I found my original room wasn’t in the best condition and requested a change. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a larger, more comfortable room — such a thoughtful gesture! Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and quality. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with outstanding service.

酒店的服務很好，去到酒廊linda 非常熱情招待了我們，還幫我們房間做了延遲退房，酒廊下午茶有甜品和三明治，晚上還有特調雞尾酒，很適合和朋友小聚，環境也特別適合放鬆；房間的床品柔軟親膚，躺上去消除一夜的疲勞，酒店的早餐種類豐富，有當地特色的現煮粿條湯，還有腸粉，粿類等…也有西式的菜品，滿足不同的需求。

酒廊linda 特別熱情，服務周到，晚上還有特調的雞尾酒，好看也很好喝，入住房間也做了升級，房型安排在最高層的25樓，面積大景色也不錯。Zora 提前電話聯繫我們詢問房間喜好，房間還為我們做了延遲退房，床品柔軟乾淨，早餐的種類豐富，有當地特色，酒店的位置周邊很多美食，大型商場萬象城走路5分鐘就到，十分熱鬧，慢節奏的汕頭，來汕頭旅遊住這裡是很方便了。
