環境：進前台前就有一片小竹林 前台小哥説話很好呢 很耐心的介紹房間和房型
設施衞生：該有的都有 衞生也是沒問題（主要享受這裏的風景和泡澡😋）
最重要的是周邊很多好吃的 好多人來打卡藝術村😋😋
房間：整體看完每個房間裝修風格不一樣的 給我一種稀奇且有趣的印象

服務：前台小哥非常會説話也很能説會道！
環境：環境普遍都是農村風範 有花花草草綠植小喵小狗 非常貼近自然
衞生：衞生沒得挑 每天都有打掃的 落葉並不明顯
也沒有工業垃圾
設施：很好的一個建築風格 貼近了農村的那種身臨其境

老闆給我們免費升級了房間，這裏設施也到位齊全，衞生也相當乾淨，環境也是非常好的，讓人感到很舒適愜意，前台工作小哥非常熱情，也非常負責任，最主要是這附近也有好多遊玩的，離南澳島小公園等景區也不遠，這裏真的太美好了，下次還選擇來你們這家民宿😁

離開忘了拿充電器還有移動充電寶，立即回去找，服務人員説沒有看到，東西就這樣被拿走沒了！回家發現小孩自帶的枕頭忘拿了，找店方，店方説也沒有發現，實在不可思議！衹能説這家服務人員貪心了，客户漏拿東西都被沒收了！

雖然清楚瞭解這類似是鄉村子改建的民宿，有蚊蟲是非常正常的情況，但衞生條件真的挺差，到處都有蟲子蚊子死蟑螂沒人收拾🤮，巨噁心...這不能拿是因為鄉村民宿的原因當藉口，這明顯就是沒打掃好衞生！！然後房間的門也不夠安全，感覺稍微用力一推都會壞...真的不敢睡太沈。最後！！我是在小紅書上看到非常多這家民宿的廣，照片都拍得特別好看，所以我果斷預訂了一個晚上花了$1400！$1400！$1400！我們一到民宿看到衞生情況，我們馬上微信聯繫前台提出退款想換酒店，但奈何不能退錢，體驗感真的差到不行。。。

愛了前台店長，從入住到離店，全程有求必應，態度好，有問題都會努力解決，前台小姐姐還幫忙照顧孩子，保潔叔叔還幫我們拿行李箱，退房時剛好遇到保潔叔叔在打掃，他又幫我們把箱子拿到車上，房間風格也是我喜歡的，出片超高，下次來住帳篷房[吃瓜][吃瓜][吃瓜]

六百多一晚，下午兩點到説衞生還沒打掃完，等到三點多才入住，發現裡邊非常簡陋，如果不是帶着小狗不方便，我連夜換酒店，到處發黴，衞生非常糟糕，而且發現一衹會飛大蟑螂😰

去年去過一次，印象挺好的，這次去覺得有點失望，感覺民宿沒有好好經營打理的感覺。院子裏的籬笆東倒西歪，沙發上的枕頭都成一團了，床上被套枕頭套皺皺的顏色灰灰的。也去過十一合村其他店，覺得其他的店最起碼得乾淨整潔做得比這家店好。
