The hygiene in the room was really poor, and the smell was so bad. There was a peculiar smell all the way from the elevator to the room. There was a road outside the window, and trucks kept coming at night, making it impossible to sleep.

環境、早餐可以。但是10月5日下午前台接待的工作人員態度不大好（個子瘦高，戴眼鏡），作為服務業的年輕人，一些事項要明確告知客人，而不是模稜兩可，客人多問一句馬上態度不好，建議改正，所以服務我給差評！！！

設施：房間設施一般，一開始給我的房間燈還是壞的，後面才換了一個房間，但是換的房間也是很昏暗，跟網上的圖根本不符合。酒店雖然有洗衣房，但是洗衣機數量非常少，等待時間非常長，體驗一般。
衞生：房間衞生很差，衣櫃裏有喝過的牛奶盒，浴室有煙頭，沙發有瓜子殼，不明白這麼明顯的垃圾怎麼還不打掃乾淨？
環境：房間環境一般，燈光很暗，整個房間看着都很壓抑，特別是浴室，就算開了廁所的燈，淋浴間那裡幾乎全黑，裝修的時候有必要省這麼一個燈嗎？還有牆壁也是，不是發黴就是掉皮；窗户的釘子也是鬆鬆的，關窗户都關不緊。
以上真的是一個連鎖酒店應該出現的情況嗎？希望整改。

每次出差都住這裏，前台服務人員禮貌熱情。酒店價格實惠，還有早餐，總體很滿意！周邊吃飯也方便，對面就有牛肉火鍋，北國飯店肯德基也都不遠。
