When I walked in, I saw that the floor was rotten, and I simply used transparent tape to stick it on. The sofa was obviously stained, and I felt itchy after sitting on the pillow. There is thousands of years of dirt on the floor of the bathroom, and it has obviously not been cleaned for many years! The B&B does not provide disposable slippers. 
1. The location is convenient, right in the China Resources Building next to Vientiane City, but there are many B&Bs in the building, so it is recommended to choose another room.
2. The B&B provides movie membership, so you can sit on the dirty sofa and watch movies at night.

公寓酒店，有投影，很適合邊吃外賣邊看電影。很温馨，衞生間還提供了衞生巾、卸粧水、化粧棉，甚至廚房還有高腳杯
地理位置很好，樓下就是最熱鬧的商圈萬象城，有很多吃的
服務態度好，會提前溝通入住事宜，可以借用微波爐，可以寄存行李
有小陽台，可以用洗衣機洗衣服，也有洗衣液，但是美中不足是陽台門沒法鎖住（雖然也不會有人從陽台進來，但還是安全感不夠，而且沒找到晾衣棒，身高185勉強掛得上😂😂）

非常推薦的一家公寓！住在萬象城這邊，商圈裡的公寓，出行和餐飲都方便。房間的設施和用品真是有心了，用隔斷做了分區，沙發很舒服，投影的效果特別好，不光高酒杯，涼水壺這些，連茶盤和洗面奶卸粧水都給準備了。房間大小也正好，會比傳統酒店寬敞，有洗衣機方便，可以洗洗衣服，還準備了洗衣液。服務也很好，提前加微信，告知了位置，進門的門禁，退房直接小程序就可以操作，還會有回訪哦！

開始衹定了一晚，後面進房間以後果斷續住了，房間設施以及地理位置都挺不錯的，唯一就是窗簾有點漏光，所以對於睡眠要求高的可能不太友好，其他都是挺不錯的

入住非常滿意！！！位置在萬象城，離龍眼南美食路非常近，去哪裡都方便，樓下也有很多好吃的。定的雙床房，挺大的，房間整潔衞生，在飄窗那裡泡茶，很愜意啊！店家也非常熱情，提前一天就加了位置，各種問題都耐心回覆，發各種攻略，離開的時候買了很多美食，店家還貼心的拿大袋子幫忙裝一起，真被這種細心暖到了。下次來汕頭還選這裏

這個房間我真的訂得很好，夠靜，房間又新，還有智能馬桶，自動沖水，附近超方便，下面就是萬象城，對面萬達，往前走15分鐘龍眼南路，地理位置一流，管家也很好溝通，如果有下次，我必定會再訂這裡，但是我應該不會再來，潮汕沒什麼好玩，我也吃了很多網紅伏店，但我會強烈推介朋友住這裡
