Service: This is the winning factor and you see this in all the reviews. Everyone’s friendly and goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable. We ended spending more time at the hotel chatting with them rather than out. Jay’s restaurant recommendations was always on-point. The hotel's location is fantastic. There are many great restaurants near MixC Mall, and it's also very close to Longyan South Road Food Street, known for its authentic claypot porridge. Accessing all the delicious food Shantou has to offer was incredibly convenient. I even tried a visible ear cleaning service right opposite the hotel, and it was absolutely spotless! The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully provided a list of local specialty foods, and every single recommendation was spot on – no disappointments whatsoever. The staff, especially Longshe Lan and Bailu, were very genuine and went above and beyond to help with every request. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The location is excellent, surrounded by shopping districts and with free parking, making it convenient to go anywhere. The guesthouse has a nice environment, quiet yet peaceful, very comfortable. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is perfect for children, making it highly recommended for families. We originally only booked one night, but the service exceeded our expectations, and our family was so satisfied that we cancelled our other hotel reservation for the next day and extended our stay. It's really great value for money. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip to Shantou.
