The service is also very intimate, from check-in to daily needs response, the staff are very warm and professional. In the past few days in Shantou, it is really comfortable to live here. The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station. Getting here from the airport was convenient; I took a shuttle bus and then a taxi. The only minor inconvenience is that you often have to navigate around an elevated highway to get to other destinations. The front desk staff were very polite and provided excellent service. Since I wasn't leaving particularly early, I spoke with them and they kindly allowed me a one-hour late check-out. The room was very clean. Compared to other Hampton Inns, the breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. One suggestion I have is that all the machine-dispensed drinks were ice-cold, which made them difficult to drink. The tea and small snacks available in the lobby were a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. 👍

When you go down to the 6th floor, the hotel area is decorated and comfortable. You don’t necessarily need to swipe a card at the door. You can enter by pressing the password. It is very convenient. The room is very casual, comfortable and hygienic. Each shower room has floor heating service. The hotel has door-to-door breakfast service. There are coffee, biscuits and other snacks in the self-service area. The butler also had a nice smile. all is well.

I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

For me, the absolute biggest advantage was the excellent ventilation.
