The new hotel room is clean and has a nice view. I can watch the sunrise while lying in bed in the morning. Quiet, convenient parking, no comment if you didn't have dinner.

The room is quite big. It's newly opened and very clean. It's good to use robots to deliver food. But I don't know if it's just a new opening and there are not enough staff. I stayed for 2 days. The room was not cleaned on the first day, but I called someone to clean it and it came immediately. I will choose next time

Nowadays, family trips basically choose Hilton hotels. This time we chose Garden Hotel. When booking, we had already written a note that we needed a baby bed. Because we checked in late, the baby bed was not prepared in the room in advance. When we asked the room attendant, we were told that the room where the baby bed was placed was locked and it would take until tomorrow. So the baby could only sleep on the small sofa on the first night... The baby bed was delivered the next day, but unfortunately there were no pillows and quilts for the baby... I hope the hotel can be more attentive in this regard!

真是太令人失望了！本以為選擇2025年新開業的汕尾城區希爾頓酒店能有全新、優質的體驗，結果大失所望，酒店內部看起來陳舊得彷彿已經使用多年。房間裏的狀況簡直一團糟！床上竟然有不少蟲子，這讓人怎麼安心入睡？更離譜的是，入住時窗户居然是敞開着的，完全沒有做好基本的安全檢查和準備工作。再看看房間其他地方，傢俱、牆面佈滿污跡，空調不斷滴水，傢俱表面滿是手指印，茶几上殘留着陳舊茶漬，衞生間馬桶邊緣的黃黃尿漬更是觸目驚心，衞生情況之差令人咋舌。真的很想問，這就是新開業酒店的水準？到底是酒店管理方對品質把控嚴重疏忽，沒有建立嚴格的設施檢查和衞生管理制度，還是員工工作態度馬虎、敷衍塞責？如此糟糕的環境，嚴重影響入住體驗，不僅毫無舒適度可言，連最基本的衞生與安全都無法保障。這是我親身體驗的，有一説一是實話，不是説我誣陷你。希望酒店能儘快給出合理的解釋和整改方案，不然真的難以讓消費者信服！

交通方面 酒店位置離高鐵站不算遠，但周邊路況設計可能不夠明確，司機容易錯過入口，每次都需要走到馬路邊才能上車。建議在顯眼處設置指示牌或提供更精確的定位指引，方便旅客上下車。 衛生方面 連續住宿期間，房間每日打掃都能保持整潔，值得肯定。但由於酒店剛裝修完畢，從電梯到走廊區域仍有明顯的裝修氣味（可能是甲醛或其他材料味），建議加強通風或採取除味措施，以提升入住舒適度。 服務方面 1. 人力不足問題：多次致電前台均無人接聽，補給物品（如備品、瓶裝水等）送達需等待過久，影響住宿體驗。 2. 外送服務疏漏：點外賣時，前台告知會用機器人配送，但實際遲遲未送達。半小時後再次詢問，才解釋「因餐點含湯水無法使用機器人」，最終由工作人員徒步送上樓。建議前台應主動溝通限制條件，並及時告知替代方案，避免讓住客被動等待。 網絡方面 Wi-Fi 信號不穩定，時常斷線或速度緩慢，對於需要遠程工作或上網的住客造成不便。建議檢查網絡設備，加強信號覆蓋，或提供備用網絡方案。 整體建議 酒店硬體條件較新，但在裝修氣味、服務響應效率、外送流程及網絡穩定性等方面仍有改進空間。若能針對上述問題優化，將能大幅提升住客體驗。
