"This is really no good. The smell is overwhelming. My throat started feeling uncomfortable as soon as I entered the room. The formaldehyde concentration is probably way too high. The room in the corner was okay because the window was open, but the window in the middle room was small and the smell was so strong it gave me a headache. I arrived very late, so I had no choice but to stay there for the night."

The smart home controls and latex mattress made for an extremely comfortable stay. Getting to Red Bay was also easy from here. Overall, the experience was fantastic – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling!"

I saw reviews mentioning bugs and thought it was just a particular room... I definitely won't stay here again. The hotel facilities are old and outdated; the laundry room is on the balcony, and it's filthy and messy. The room was small, but the air conditioning wasn't enough, so I couldn't sleep all night. I stay in hotels two days a week and have never encountered this before. The front desk staff were also very rude when I checked out this morning. I was extremely disappointed, and it ruined my trip."
