陽台與大門是相通的，很通風，設備很齊全，房子在商品房小區裏，旁邊還有別墅，環境很好。小區外面有很多吃的，但是偏貴，一碗雲吞外面10元，這裏25元，還皮厚。

這環境沒誰了，洗手枱發黴，牆壁發黴，到處積灰，看了一下整個金町灣的公寓評價周邊好像都差不多，真是砸金町灣招牌，周邊海鮮餐廳宰客嚴重，商家們不好好做服務，未來必定成為第二個海陵島。

地板是濕的，跟商家反應後説是拖地了沒有幹，我們當晚7-8點才入住的，是多遲搞衞生地板才沒有幹呢？而且肉眼可見繫好明顯洗手間的水溢出來了
床笠還有百香果的核，等了半個小時就過來換了張床單，這個公寓就是一個小區裏面的一棟樓的其中幾個公寓，住宿環境一點都不好，下次都不來這個了公寓了

整體非常差勁👎，一進門看到這環境和衞生狀況簡直沒法看，90年代的旅社都不如，門的反鎖都是壞的，窗户沒貼磨砂玻璃紙，房間地上的水沒幹，陽台門也是關不上的，床墊可以直接摸到彈簧，一個字差，沒見過這麼差勁的海景房

我是半夜到的.1點多2點才到民宿.好怕聯繫不到人.還好真的有管家.有人幫我辦理入住.成功入住.但是！非常無敵多蟑螂.我這裡有2個小孩！小的才一歲.怎麼住.離譜到床邊都有那種！最後還好他們確認了換了一個房間給我們.但是...另外一家沒熱水.呵.我真無語了.都2點了不想折騰了.直接洗了.服務態度好.但是衛生真的非常十分不行

第一晚，沒睡好，床有問題，第二天服務員就幫忙調劑一下，換了個房間，服務態度好，建議以後到房間，第一件事，就是試一下床，海邊潮氣大，牀板會變型，
