Good location if you're visiting the Keqiao fabric market. Staff are friendly & and helpful, but the bath towel is not absorbing the water well.

The hotel is already relatively old and requires innovation and refurbishment. Very old tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture has thick scratches. Power sockets are very old.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

Facilities: Complete facilities, laundry room and ironing machine
Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable, spacious room
Environment: The hotel has a beautiful environment, newly renovated hotel, everything is new
Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, helped us to issue tickets, gave us snacks and fruits, I will stay here again next time
