網上預訂的，住了一晚，房間乾淨整潔，前台接待服務較為滿意，辦理入住很快，很親切，裝修風格簡單大氣，交通也很方便，樓下就是廣場，很多吃的，下次來紹興還會選擇。

辦理入住的時候服務員愛搭不理，入住後在房間打不開電視，跟前台報備後一直無人來處理。九點多以後一直持續聽到有拖拉凳子的聲音，第一次打電話給前台，前台説現在沒人，處理不了。第二次打電話，前台答覆看一下，也無後續。第三次打電話，前台説沒聽到聲音。要求前台給換一個房間，前台答覆今天全部滿房，解決不了。後面實在睡不着，要求退房，前台也遲遲不給答覆，把顧客晾在大堂。沒辦法最後衹能找攜程後臺中間協商，又突然有房間了，換了一間房才解決！那時候已經半夜一點了，睡完身上還有點癢，不知道是不是床單不乾淨！
服務態度極差，有房也騙説沒房，平常一百多的酒店，因為過年漲價到五百，但就是比漢庭還要差的標準！一路的好心情，到最後一個酒店完全打破了！太垃圾了，從來沒住過服務這麼差的酒店。

酒店位置非常好，去景點非常方便。房間設施很新且衞生做得非常到位，床品和衞浴用品舒適。前台的服務熱情貼心，特別感謝小丁的周到細緻的服務，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。早餐也不錯，下次去紹興還會住。

酒店智能系統比較完善，主要是乾淨。對我這種有潔癖的人來説，還是很滿意的。特別是淋浴噴頭出水量大，出水柔和。衹是衞生間有點兒涼，即便空調很暖和，但半夜起來也得披件衣服。

可以免費停車。
酒店環境舒適，很乾凈，設施很新。
服務也非常好👍
晚上在外面打包的食物，前台幫忙放在冰箱，早晨還幫忙加熱。
