星程酒店是華住旗下的，住的很放心，酒店乾淨，房間是中央空調很暖和，制暖很穩定，酒店是小度智能房孩子很喜歡，衞生間乾濕分離很乾凈，有洗衣服。床墊睡起來很舒服，隔音好一點也不吵。前台服務熱情，酒店的晚餐小炒很好吃又很衞生。酒店位置很好雖然不臨店面多的街，但是去乘坐去滑雪場的班車點都很近，兩個乘車點走了就兩三分鐘就到了，去汽車站差不多5-10鍾步行，走到熱鬧的街也就三五分鐘，很方便。但是早餐比較一般。

酒店出行方便，房間乾淨衞生，有洗衣房，樓層的過道與電梯感覺有點臟，可能與周邊路在施工有關。前台服務態度好，還送了橙子給我們，但電梯真的好慢。
