I chose Ascott for my family trip to Shenzhen this time, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The location is super convenient, with Raffles City Mall right downstairs and a direct entrance on the third floor. It was so easy to grab a bite! The hotel is also right next to Nanyou Metro Station, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, perfect for families with kids, and fully equipped with a washer and dryer, smart TV + high-speed WiFi. The minibar has drinking water, and the kitchen has a microwave and induction cooker. The gym on the top floor has brand-new equipment, there's a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour attentive room service. Lily's service, in particular, was a pleasant surprise – professional and warm! I'll definitely choose Ascott again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Exceeded my expectations! The surroundings are really peaceful and not crowded. The facilities are brand new. It's perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The building has a swimming pool and a golf simulator room. The rooms have kitchens, so you can cook, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. Breakfast is plentiful. It's a great spot for a weekend staycation in the mountains, away from the city.
