They even have a robot that delivers items to your room, so you don't have to go downstairs for deliveries. The staff were warm and attentive, proactively asking about my stay and quickly resolving any issues. Plus, there's a free laundry room with washer-dryers, so you can pack light and easily take care of your laundry."
