"This hotel is the same as the Orange Hotel. There are a lot of Indian guests here; you'll basically run into them every time you go in or out. Overall, it's quite run down, and the rooms are relatively cramped. There are no disposable slippers in the room; you have to ask the front desk for them. The hot water supply is stable, and the temperature is decent. Regarding the shower head, I'm not sure if that's a wire or something else. If it's an electrical wire, what if it leaks electricity? If it's a ground wire, why would a large faucet like a shower head need grounding? I'm not sure how often the bedding is changed. This photo was taken right after checking in, and there are already stains on the bed. There are mosquitoes in the room, buzzing all night, and the air conditioning is also very loud."

"If you are attending an exhibition at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Centre, the location of this hotel is quite convenient as it is only one tube station away The hotel however, is not great. Front desk looks disorganised and overwhelmed. Hardly any service from them. Many visitors had their packages sent here but there is no system implemented in terms of storage and all guests were given access to the storeroom behind the front desk to go through the many packages. Honestly, i simply do not have that patience. There are 2 blocks, i was allocated the next block on level 7. room number starts with 9 and i was not informed on the floor where my room was. Took a bit of time to get that sorted. Room wise - functional but sound proof is bad bad bad. Corridor noise is very audible, my room was just behind the lift shaft and the opening closing of doors plus motor running was audible in my room. not to mention the landing of air crafts at Bao'an Airport! so you do not need an alarm clock. Planes start landing at 0600hrs! other than all these, the price point is very attractive. If you are a deep sleeper and mostly do not rely on the hotel concierge, this hotel is quite alright given it's location."
