DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in Shenzhen

Short stay for the family, very friendly and enjoyable. Breakfast was great. Only comment, the sound proofing from the above floor wasn’t good, the room above was partying loudly until late at night like 11:30pm, had to call the hotel concierge to complaining about the noise but they couldn’t find the source. Not much help.

Hotel was very clean, big room, Lounge was good for its price, breakfast buffet was definitely one of the best out of all hotels so far in Shenzhen. Playroom for kids was... quite rundown but kids loved the mall next door and staff spoke good english, very helpful/hospitable. Cookie was a plus too!

sink was broken on arrival but was fixed promptly, could only sleep at 5+AM as it took awhile to fix. one time use slippers wasn’t changed 1 was new and 1 was used. hotel could have checked the room properly before checking us in as we check in late at 3am at night. they had enough time to do that. otherwise hotel was good, aircon was cold, room was quiet and clean, good ambiance if you’re looking to rest after landing/before your flight. hotel provides one time transfer for free, just need to call the front desk after taking ur baggage and they will arrange for didi to pick you up.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel Apartments near Shenzhen Airport! The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rooms were spotlessly clean and exuded an air of elegance and sophistication. The presence of two bathrooms was very convenient, especially for families or those needing more privacy. The washing machine was excellent, adding to the convenience during the stay. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room to a suite. It was a generous gesture that made my stay even more special. Moreover, the fact that they offered free shuttle services to and from the airport was a huge bonus for travelers like me, especially those with layovers or in need of convenient transportation. The added gift was a nice touch and made me feel welcome. Another great aspect is the proximity to a shopping mall next door, providing easy access to shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those in need of a comfortable and convenient place to stay during a layover or short visit to the area. It truly exceeded my expectations!
