Echarm properties in Shenzhen

The room was spotless, and the overall environment was great. The staff were very friendly and the room facilities were excellent. I particularly liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate, which was very convenient and a clever design. The mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the pillows were perfect too! Everything was super clean, and the whole place had a fantastic vibe. The staff were so nice, and the room had everything you could need. Seriously, the separate bathroom and toilet made a huge difference – so practical and well-designed. And that bed? So soft and cozy, with fantastic pillows. I honestly can't say enough good things about how clean it was and how pleasant the whole atmosphere felt. The staff were lovely, the facilities top-notch, and the separate bathroom and toilet were a brilliant touch. Plus, the bed and pillows were a dream!

It's very convenient to stay during a business trip and the location is easy to find. It's also easy to find near the restaurant. Facilities: The sheets are clean and it is convenient to have a small desk for working. Cleanliness: Cleaning inside and out is good Service: The lady at the front desk is very nice and has a nice voice!

The room is consistent with the pictures, all are smart and convenient. The bedsheets are a bit dusty, I don't know if they haven't been changed or what, but they still feel a bit dirty. The service attitude of the front desk lady who checked in in the afternoon was not very good. The hotel facilities are relatively clean, and the breakfast is OK

The location is not very strategic, as there is limited train route in this area, so basically you have to ride Didi transport to the tourist attraction areas. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room is quite comfy, just one little discomfort point is that most of the time, you might smell someone smoking nearby although you stay in a non-smoking area or room, so this might not be best choice for pregnant ladies or kids.
