Location is good but cleanliness can be improved. There is hair trapped inside the ‘sanitised’ towel. Otherwise overall is okay.

The room so clean and no smoking smell at all. The location is good, can walk only few mins from metro and surrounded by many restaurant! The staffs are so nice, even we cannot communicate well from language barrier but they still nice and trying to communicate with us. And the safety also good, need keycard to access each floor. Highly recommend! I will always choose this hotel for next visit in Shenzhen! ✨

Great place to stay in shenzhen. The staff is great polite and helpful, bit noisy at night outside due to its location right in the middle of the market. On the reception floor there is a snooker club ,you find many young ones smoking and playing loudly. Overall it's clean and very modern.

I came to this hotel for nothing but to look at this projection, and I must also be very good. The projection is large, it covers a large wall, and the picture quality is good. It is always difficult to watch on a mobile phone, so I used this specifically to watch it. The effect is good and it feels like a movie theater

Very new hotel, temperature control and the shower were very nice. Room was very clean and well prepared. There was a slight wet musky smell from the toilet room, but it was only slight and it was fine with the AC on. We were going to laundry but there were only two washing machines and one dryer, so not the most convenient. Service was good and staff were all very nice and helpful.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to two metro stations. Plenty of food places around. At road level take the elevator to the 3rd floor where reception is located. I am glad I didn't opt for the including breakfast room options as the hotel breakfast looked very basic and there are much better options outside.
The reservation noted a mini bar and soft drinks however the hotel did not provide these. Only one of the reception staff went over and above to help despite language barriers. There was no coffee available in the room.
I also found a hair on the bed. Perhaps it was by accident from house keeping but please pay more attention to detail.

Great desk service despite the language barrier and free luggage storage services during the day. Room is very clean and modern. Location is decent, lots of food and shops around the area. About a 5-10min walk from the metro station. Highly recommend for those looking for an affordable business hotel in a good location👍👍
