This is the second time we chose this hotel due to good experience. The room is spacey and facility is generally good. However there are two problems this time. During bath the water temperature was not stable. And the common corridor was filled with smell of smoke. The room itself was fine though.

Absolutely dirty, lack of excellent customer service, old, duvet smells, found hair on the floor, will never come again. I couldn’t stay any longer. Noisy.
