先説服務，住了三次，有兩次在睡覺被工作人員直接刷門嚇醒，客人私隱得不到保證，續住衞生未打電話確認客人是否在房間，在睡覺直接刷門開了，問前台説是三敲三報在刷，請問睡覺怎麼聽得見呢，住酒店又不是衹有一種類型客人。理解酒店沒有完美的，明白住的也不是高級酒店，可是基本的問題都做不好，睡覺還提心吊膽
衞生問題，第二次入住就有蟑螂🪳，消殺問題不到位，當時累了，已經懶得説這個事情。第三次直接新房間皮膚出現過敏發癢泛紅！不是衹有我一個人！！
設施，訂單要求明確不要首尾房，沒有提前排好房間，最後入住還是尾房這就算了，房間天花板發黴，有異味，還是晚上七八點入住説沒有別的房間換，説訂滿了，又不是住滿了，當人沒了解酒店，你定了又沒有住滿，咋滴去安排好了房間，系統這麼霸道換都不能換了？？
這些不是一次的問題！！是每次入住都有新的問題
