From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Julie was incredibly helpful and patient during our check-in process, taking the time to answer all our questions and making sure everything went smoothly despite our late arrival. Her warm and professional demeanor instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, Allen also went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He consistently checked in to see if we needed anything and offered assistance with a friendly attitude that truly enhanced our experience. Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen in Nanshan is an excellent choice for comfort and luxury. Its Horizons Lounge is a standout, offering delicious international cuisine and panoramic city views—perfect for relaxing or socializing. 😍😍😍
We do consistently praise the “yummy” food, from breakfast spreads to evening cocktails. 😋
Kelly and the other staff at Lounge are highlights, delivering warm, attentive service that elevates the experience and o us and make it memorable~!

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff’s attention to detail made our baby shower celebration truly special, and we are so grateful for their efforts. The hotel itself was elegant and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere for our stay. During our two-night visit, we enjoyed a great selection of breakfast options and found the gym facilities to be exceptional—a real treat for fitness enthusiasts. It was a fantastic stay overall!

It was a good experience staying in Shangrila Hotel in Namshan. The staff are polite and helpful especially the frontline staff, Julie Liu.
