The first time I stayed at this hotel, it is a super convenient location-literally 7 minutes walk no to the North train station and subway. I didn't even bother with the transfer of the hotel from the subway.
The room is small, there is a small window overlooking the well-you can have some fresh air, but there is no view of course. The description of the room indicated that the window is small.
Breakfast is 80% of Asian cuisine, but you can make toast with butter. of course, there are no cheeses or ham. But to a huge plus it is necessary to add-there is oat milk-I really like it with coffee.
Very fragrant soap and shower gel! It's like aromatherapy! The shampoo is pretty good too, there is no hair conditioner and I didn't even want to wash my hair first, but apparently this shampoo already comes with some kind of hair conditioner my hair looks great!
What I want is to be improved: I would like bathrobes in the room, it creates more coziness and comfort, especially after a shower.
In general, the score is 4.9-haha, 0.1 points removed for the lack of bathrobes 😜

Good service, ten minutes walking distance to Shenzhen north, nearby has less shopping mall and food option but good if you want to take the bullet train

The hotel looks very nice and has a good
location close to the train station (to HongKong) and subway. They use robots, toilet flushes and lights automatically goes on in the night

We booked Twin Suite this time for 3 persons. Good service with AI robot delivery. Very spacious room. Room is clean and we like to have washroom and shower separate. Will book again fir friends gathering. 👍🏻

Beware to quote the full name detail of the hotel to taxi or online-ordered transport driver. There are several Ji hotels in SZ; can create messy confusion.
This particular property is perfectly suited for overnight stay prior to an early train departure scheduled the following morning. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down the road from the hotel to SZ North Station.

Clean and well maintained room. Location is good as it takes a 10 mins convenient stroll to the North Shenzhen High speed station. Here you can find two food courts with varied good to satisfy all taste buds.
My wife has difficulty walking after a stroke and the front desk has provided much assistance to her and made her stay comfortable. However, outside the hotel the steps are not user friendly and she has to walk around the hotel to get to the main pedestrian walkway. Other than this, our stay had been good and enjoyable.

This is a very nice hotel and suitable for family stay too. Truly appreciate staff 晓婷’s help, she is a very kind and friendly staff, helping us to order our lunch, helping us to extend our check out and answering all our queries. Definitely will be back again to this hotel.
