Hotel location ok next to subway line 7, room too small for the price compared to equivalent hotels in Shenzhen. Hotel entrance hard to find and if you take taxi has to drop on main road as carpark very small and jammed always, no porter service and you have to carry your luggage up few steps to a small main lobby.

The check-in experience was very average. The cleaning staff asked me which room I was staying in.
I kept going in and out. There was a smell of sewer in the bathroom. The room was empty.
