Room is quite nice, though some repairs & deep cleaning are needed. There’s a washer w dryer & large fridge. Woman at check-in was kind and helpful. Location is good, 10 minutes walk to metro station, but long train ride into city center. There are constructions going on, so not easy to walk around. A block away is a mall with many eateries & a large supermarket.

There were a bunch of cigarette burn marks on the floor, a lot of hair on the corners, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom, but considering the nature of the apartment, this was barely acceptable.

The hotel is located next to several apartment buildings. The front desk is in a small room on the 22nd floor. I first asked the security guard downstairs to find out that there are no signs. .

New, modern high-rise building, which is located 5 minutes from the Xikeng metro station. The administrator girl knows English well, told everything, helped and showed. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, the only thing is there is no place to store clothes, our suitcases were on the floor and clothes too. And it was difficult to find the hotel in the building itself. I showed photos from here to people and they told me.
